Real Art (thats not permanent!)

    Tonight our family was invited to one of many events that an indian wedding consists of! Its called Mehndi/Sangeet. Traditionally it is the night before the wedding at which the bride is covered with henna from her hand to her arms & her feet to the knees.
    What i am always so fascinated by are these men/women that do the Mehndi (henna). They are so intricate and precise all while being so fast. That is what you called an underrated artist. So today i decided to share a few pictures i took of the woman that did mine in about literally 20 seconds!! Amazing

      Ahhhh!! These accessories are like the summer cool breeze, you so greatly appreciate in the hot scorching sun!(even though New Yorkers have barely seen the sun this summer.) Bright & bold is what you see in every store window. 

   These are some of the things that caught my eye when i was walking around the city shopping, longing for summer. Fuchsia's, electric blues & yellow's are what i want to wear all summer long.

Jewelry Galore!

   I LOVE jewels i reckon that is something that runs in my family. It has also been passed down to me!
   Not only does my mom have beautiful vintage jewelry she even design's pieces that she adds to her collection (That i get to borrow ;) ). I can appreciate one of a kinds unique jewelry that can make you feel like a million bucks whether it costs a $$ million or $10..
